Sheevat Main Interface (M.A.X.2™)

Designer wanted an "organic" looking interface, an alien "crab-shell" motif, that was also modular for easy re-arranging. Modeling, texturing, lighting and rendering in Lightwave.

This image was actually made as a mock-up for game packaging, but it's pretty close to what the final game looked like. The "Beauty Shot" of the mining station in the upper left was made by Acorn Entertainment.
